Grilled Orange-Honey Fish

2 tbsp frozen orange juice – thawed

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tbs. seasoning salt

1 lb fish fillets, 1/2 – to 3/4″ thick

Mix all ingredients, except fish fillets, pour over fish in glass dish. Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour. Remove fish, reserve marinade.

Cover and grill fish about 4 inches from medium coals, turning once, until fish flakes easily with fork – 12 to 20 minutes – baste with marinade.

Cut into serving pieces if necessary.

Serves 4
