Lobster Cream Cheese Logs
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. lobster meat, cooked and chopped
1/4 t. salt
1 8 oz. package refrigerator crescent rolls
1 egg, beaten
1 T. poppy seeds or sesame seeds
Combine cream cheese, lobster and salt.
Divide between four rectangular-shaped rolls. Spread mixture evenly on rolls. Roll from long side. Cut into four pieces. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375°F. for 10 minutes or until browned.
Makes 16 pieces.
