Hot Lobster Spread
8 oz. cream cheese
1 T. milk
1/2 lb. Maine lobster meat, diced
2 T. onion, grated
1/2 t. cream style horseradish
1/4 t. salt
1 dash pepper
1/3 C. almonds, slivered and toasted
Soften cream cheese with milk. Add all other ingredients except almonds. Blend well. Spoon into oven proof dish. Sprinkle with almonds.
Bake 15 minutes at 375°F.
