Lobster Stew

Melt 1/4 lb. butter in a 2 qt. kettle

Add 2 cups lobster meat, cut up

Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Heat thoroughly and pour over lobster: 1 quart milk and 1 pint light cream.

Heat to boiling point, remove from heat and serve at once.

Serves 6
