Chocolate Caramel Walnut Fudge
3 cups semisweet chocolate pieces
1 eagle brand condensed milk – (14-oz.)
1 dash salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
In saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate pieces with sweetened condensed milk and salt.
Remove from heat; stir in walnuts, caramel topping and vanilla. Spread evenly into foil-lined 8 or 9 inch square pan.
Chill 2 hours until firm. Cut into small pieces.
Makes 2 lbs of fudge.
