Chocolate Mint Coffee Creamer
3/4 C. Non-dairy creamer
1/2 C. Dutch process cocoa
3/4 C. Powdered sugar
1/2 t. Peppermint extract
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Shake to blend thoroughly.
Makes 15 (2 T.) servings. Add to hot coffee or cocoa.
