Cranberry Hootycreeks
These cranberry hootycreeks cookies in a jar make a great gift for co-workers, friends or neighbors. They don’t cost much to make as long as you don’t have to buy the jars. Look for them at garage sales during the year and then fill them up right before Christmas. I would use the mixes up within a month to 6 weeks to make sure the ingredients stay fresh.

Love this idea and it sounds delicious as well! Thanks!
Thanks Jodee!
I’m from New Mexico and have never heard of hootycreeks before. What are they? Are they a regional cookie? Cute gift idea, though. 🙂
I have no idea how they were named that. Sorry. Now I am going to go see if I can find out.
What a fun name for these cookies! Thanks for sharing at the Foodies and Crafties Soiree and blog hop!
