Gingerbread Cookies Mix in a Jar
8 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1/4 C. baking powder
1 T. salt
1 t. baking soda
1 t. ground cloves
1 t. ginger
1 T. cinnamon
2 C. shortening
Sift dry ingredients together. Cut shortening in with a pastry cutter. Measure 3 Cups of mix into 4 jars.
Yield: 4 Jars
