Peanut Butter Cup Cookies Mix in a Jar
Layer in a quart jar in this order:
3/4 C white sugar
1/2 C. brown sugar
1 1/3 C. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
Add the flour to the jar.
8 large peanut butter cup candies chopped up
Attach a recipe card with these instructions:
Remove peanut butter pieces from jar. Set aside.
Empty remaining mix into a mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 C. butter, 1 egg and 1 t. vanilla.
Mix until blended completely.
Mix in the peanut butter cups.
Roll into balls the size of a walnut. Place on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 12 – 14 minutes. Cool on a rack.
Yield: 2 1/2 dz. cookies
