Candy Bar Cookie Pops

24 flat wooden sticks with round ends

24 miniature Milky Way or Snickers bars

1 (18-oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough

Preheat oven to 350° F. Insert a wooden stick into the middle of each candy bar.

Remove cookie dough from wrapper. Cut into 24 equal slices. Roll each piece into a ball. Flatten each ball slightly in your hand.

Place candy bar in the center of the dough. Wrap dough around candy, covering it completely.

Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet and decorate if desired. (Do not pick up with the stick for at least an hour. Remove from cookie sheet with a spatula.)
