Lemon Krispies
1 box lemon-flavor cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 C. crisp rice cereal such as Rice Krispies
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Stir together the dry cake mix, butter and egg in a mixing bowl. Stir in the cereal.
Roll the dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until edges are golden. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute before removing to a cooling rack.
Makes about 30 cookies.
