Mandarin Orange Coffee Cake

1 pkg. Duncan Hines Orange Supreme cake mix

1 pkg. (4 serving size) Vanilla Instant Pudding

4 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 11-oz. Mandarin orange & juice (Use juice and orange juice to make 1 cup of liquid)

Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan.

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil and one cup juice. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes.

Add Mandarin oranges in the last 30 seconds. Pour in pan.

Bake 38 to 43 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 20 minutes.

Invert onto plate and dust with powdered sugar.

Serves 8-12
