Turkey Roll Ups
2/3 cup non-fat sour cream
3 Tablespoons Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Blend
1/4 cup honey
4 large flour tortillas
8 leaves leaf lettuce
8 slices low-fat and reduced sodium turkey breast (or 12 slices shaved turkey breast)
24 strips red bell pepper, each 1/4×6 inches long
Combine sour cream, Garlic & Herb Blend and mustard in small bowl; mix well. Spread evenly over tortillas.
Cover each with 2 leaves of lettuce and 2 slices of turkey.
Place 6 strips of pepper across one end of each tortilla.
Roll up jelly roll fashion. Wrap individually in plastic wrap and refrigerate. To serve, unwrap and cut into 1 inch wide pieces.
