Easy Ice Cream

2 packages instant pudding (any flavor)

4 cups of milk (for pudding)

1-1/2 quarts of half-and-half

Make 2 packages instant pudding according to package directions.

Place mixture in refrigerator until cold and set.

Add pudding and 1-1/2 qt. of half & half to freezer container, mix well.

Or use enough half-and-half to fill to marked “fill” line on freezer container.

Freeze ice cream according to directions supplied with ice cream freezer.

Note: This is for a 2-1/2-3 quart ice cream maker. Could probably divide recipe for smaller machine, or freeze in 2 batches.
