Fruit Sherbet

2 cups sugar

2 cups water

Juice of 3 Oranges

Juice of 3 Lemons

3 Bananas, mashed

1 cup cream

Bring sugar and water to boil. Boil 3 minutes, then set aside to cool.

Mix the juices and bananas together. When syrup is cool, stir it into the fruits and freeze.

When it’s about 3/4 frozen, remove to a bowl, and beat cream into it slowly. Then refreeze.
