Ice Cream in a Bag

For each person

In a small sandwich-size ziplock:

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Seal.

In a large gallon-size ziplock:

Fill half-full with ice and 6 T. salt

Put small bag inside large bag. Seal. Shake for 5 minutes.

Voila! An individual serving of ice cream!!
