Orange Cups
12 oranges
3 pints vanilla ice cream
1/2 C. fresh lemon juice
juice of 4 oranges
grated rind of 3 oranges
3 oz. Grand Marnier
1/2 C. sugar
Hollow out 12 oranges (cut off the top 1/4) and freeze the orange shells in the freezer.
Beat together the next 6 ingredients. Fill frozen shells with the ice cream mixture and refreeze.
Remove before serving to thaw slightly.
