French Dip
1 lb. sliced thin beef from the deli
1 C. beef broth
1 minced garlic clove
4 Sub buns
2 T. butter
Spread buns with butter and grill. Heat beef broth and add garlic.
As soon as the broth gets hot add the beef. Leave in a couple of minutes maximum. You are only heating the beef, not cooking it.
Divide the beef in 4 and put it in the buns. Add the broth to a cup and serve with the sandwich.
Serves 4.
