Chicken Caesar Melt

1 (6 oz.) skinless, boneless chicken breast

1/2 tsp. minced garlic

1 pinch of each: dried basil, oregano, pepper and salt

1 slice provalone cheese

1 Kaiser roll

Romaine lettuce

2 tsp. Caesar salad dressing

Parmesan cheese

Preheat broiler.

Flatten chicken breast to 1-1/2 times its size. Rub top with 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic. Season lightly with dried basil, oregano, pepper and salt. Broil 3 inches from element for 5 to 8 minutes.

Top with sliced provolone cheese and return to broiler and heat until cheese melts.

Cut and toast 1 Kaiser roll.

Spread with 2 teaspoons Caesar salad dressing, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, top with chicken breast and crisp Romaine lettuce.
