Chicken Pizza Crust Club Sandwich
1 5-ounce dough ball
1 ounce shredded whole-milk mozzarella cheese
5 slices pre-cooked bacon, cut in half
fully-cooked, Italian-style breaded chicken filet, cut into thin strips
Lettuce leaves
5-6 slices Roma or plum tomatoes
Mayonnaise
Form dough into 8-inch circle; place on pizza screen and dock thoroughly. Top with cheese. Arrange bacon, then chicken in herringbone pattern over cheese. Bake in 465 F conveyor oven 6 1/2 minutes. Remove from screen. Cut pizza in half. Spread on half with mayonnaise; top with lettuce and tomato. Top with other half; cut into 3 wedges. Serve with potato chips if desired.
