Buffalo-Style Chicken Nachos

2 C. diced cooked chicken

1/3 C. Frank’s Red Hot sauce

2 T. melted butter

1 bag (10 oz.) tortilla chips

2 C. shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese

In a bowl, toss chicken with hot sauce and butter. Layer chips, chicken mixture and cheese in baking dish.

Bake nachos at 350°F. for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish as desired. Splash on more hot sauce to taste. Makes 4 servings.
