2 slices hearty country bread
1/8 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/8 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 slices cooked bacon
2 thinly sliced pieces of honey-cured ham
mustard and mayonnaise
Place bread in buttered in a Teflon® coated non-stick skillet.
Place cheese mixture on one side.
Toast until cheese melts and remove from skillet.
Add mustard and mayonnaise to bread without cheese mixture and assemble sandwich.
Serve with pickles & chips.
Makes 1 sandwich.
