Reuben Sandwiches
1 C. sauerkraut (squeeze juice out)
1 lb. corned beef
1 8 oz. pkg. swiss cheese
4 T. mayonnaise (or to your preference)
1 loaf rye bread or black bread
Chop sauerkraut, corned beef and swiss cheese.
Mix all ingredients together and spread on bread.
Butter outside of sandwich and grill.
Can be made ahead and frozen.
Makes 6 – 8 sandwiches
