High Country Spiced Hamburgers
2 lb. Montana Legend Natural Angus Beef Burgers or your favorite ground beef
2 teaspoons fresh sage minced
2 teaspoons parsley minced
2 teaspoons juniper berries minced
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper ground
2 slices red onion
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon melted butter
2 oz. Colby cheese
Mix ground beef and seasonings until well mixed.
Form into 8 oz. patties and start to grill to desired temperature.
Spread sliced onion with butter and sugar, then grill until tender.
While on grill top hamburger with onions and Colby cheese until cheese melts and hamburger is at perfect temperature.
Serve in your favorite bun.
