Grilled Chopped Steak Burger
1 1/2 lbs. ground sirloin
1/3 C. grated onion
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 t. Tabasco sauce
salt and freshly cracked black pepper
In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix together lightly. Divide into 4 patties, about 3/4 inches thick.
Broil or grill over medium coals. Cook 5 – 7 minutes per side or desired doneness.
Serve on onion rolls with your desired toppings or some Pico de Gallo.
