Basil Grape Tomato Sticks
Round wooden toothpicks, with or without the frillies
One pint grape tomatoes
2 cups fresh picked basil leaves
One pound mozzarella cheese
extra-virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
On each toothpick, place one tomato, two folded basil leaves, and one 1/2″ cube of cheese.
Place on a patter and drizzle very lightly with the oil, and then very lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
