Crab Stuffed Shrimp
16 jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined, and butterflied
Filling:
1/4 cup cracker crumbs (Club or saltines), finely crushed
3 T. mayonnaise
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. Old Bay seasoning
1 t. fresh lemon juice
Add:
8 oz. crabmeat
Mix together the filling ingredients in a small bold. Mold onto shrimp.
Broil for 5 – 7 minutes.
