Feta and Garlic Pate

2 garlic cloves minced

4 anchovy fillets minced

6 T. butter; softened

10 oz. cream cheese

6 oz. feta cheese

1/4 C. sour cream

2 T. green onion minced

Tabasco sauce, few drops

1 t. pepper freshly ground

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.

Either put in a crock or roll into a log. Serve with crackers.
