Fruit and Yogurt Dip

Fruit and Yogurt Dip

1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup flaked coconut
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp packed brown sugar

Mix all ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Serve with fresh fruit or cheese.

Makes about two cups of dip.
