Gingered Fruit Dip

Gingered Fruit Dip

2 cups sour cream

2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar

2 tablespoons peach or apricot preserves

2 tablespoons finely chopped crystallized ginger

Assorted fresh or dried fruit, cut up

Combine all ingredients except fruit in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate to blend flavors (at least 1 hour).

Serve with fresh fruit.
