Mexicali Dip
1 15 oz. can Hormel tamales
1 15 oz. can chili & beans)
1 small onion, minced
1 4 oz. can diced chiles, no seeds
garlic salt to taste
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Mash tamales with fork; mix well with chili and beans, onion, chiles, garlic salt and 1/2 cup cheese.
Place in casserole and top with remaining cheese.
Bake 350° for 30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos.
