1 package dry green onion mix
3/4 C. sour cream
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 C. parmesan cheese
2 – 3 T. vegetable oil
8 7 inch flour tortillas
In a small bowl, combine green onion mix, sour cream, cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese.
Preheat broiler. Place a rack about 6 – 8 inches from the broiler.
Place 4 tortillas on a baking sheet. Divide the cheese mixture and spread it evenly on the tortillas. Top with a tortillas. Brush the top with oil. Broil tortillas until lightly browned and slightly puffy. Turn tortillas over and brush that top with oil. Repeat broiling.
Cut each tortillas into 8 wedges. Serve while hot.
