Pesto Vegetable Dip

1 1/2 cups fresh parsley, chopped
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Place first four ingredients in a blender. Process until mixture resembles course meal. Add remaining items and process until smooth. Serve with fresh cut vegetables. Makes about 3 cups.
