Shrimp Pate

8 oz. cream cheese softened

2 T. brandy

4 oz. fresh shrimp

1/2 t. garlic

2 T. butter

few drops of Worcestershire sauce

few drops Tabasco sauce to taste

salt and freshly ground black pepper

Place 1/2 t. of the butter in a saute pan. Add the shrimp and garlic. Saute until shrimp is cooked. Set aside and cool.

When cooled roughly chop the shrimp. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.

Spoon into a crock or a plastic wrapped mold. Chill until ready to serve.
