Ham and Swiss Bites are the perfect game day sandwich. I dusted off my panini press today and it is going to have a home on my counter now. I used a whole grain baguette and sliced them into 1/4 inch slices. Butter on one side of the bread. I used a slice of black forest ham and half a slice of swiss cheese. I can make about 8 of these at a time and they cook in minutes. I bet your crowd will scarf these right up.
