Spinach Rice Torta

1 stick butter
3 packages chopped spinach
1 small package of cream cheese
2 eggs
1 pound ricotta cheese
1 cup cooked rice
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste

Pre-cook rice and spinach. Drain spinach well.

Into large bowl, put spinach with rice, cream cheese, ricotta, butter, eggs, cheese, pepper, salt, and garlic salt.

Place mixture into buttered casserole.

Bake 375°F for 45-50 min.

You could also bake this in a 10 x 8 pan and cut into squares to serve.
