Baked Pork Chops with Sauerkraut
1 can sauerkraut, rinsed under water, drained
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 thick pork chops
Place sauerkraut in bottom of casserole; top with seasoned pork chops.
Cover and bake at 350ºF for 1 hour.
Remove cover and bake for 20 minutes longer or until pork chops brown.
YIELD: 4 servings
