Baked Rice Broccoli

1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Onion; chopped
1/2 c Celery; chopped
2 c Rice; cooked
2 pk Frozen chopped broccoli; thawed*
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 cn Water chestnuts; drain; chopped
1 c Velvetta cheese; cubed

*uncooked.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Melt butter in saucepan and saute the onion and celery.

In a big bowl mix together well the cooked rice, onion, celery, broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, water chestnuts, and velvetta cheese.

Place mixture in a casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes.
