Barbecued Cube Steak

4 pounds cubed steak
1/4 cup flour seasoned with salt and pepper
3 tablespoons fat
1 medium onion
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Flour and season steak and brown in fat. Add chopped onion, brown lightly. Mix the rest of the ingredients, pour over steak. Cover slightly. Cook slowly 35 minutes, or until steak is tender.
