Busy Day Barbecued Meat Balls
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 t. salt
Pepper to taste
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
Mix the above together. shape into 1-inch balls. Place in baking dish or casserole.
Sauce
1 cup catsup
1 T. worcestershire sauce
2 T. vinegar
2 T. brown sugar
1/4 t. salt
Dash of pepper
Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over meat balls. Refrigerate up to 24 hours until ready to bake. Bake 350° for about an hour, basting occasionally.
