Cheesy Ham Bake Casserole
3 large eggs, beaten
2 1/2 cups milk
4 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces macaroni, cooked and drained
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked ham, cubed
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped pimento
Combine the eggs, milk, mustard and seasonings.
Add 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, the ham, onion and pimento and the macaroni, blending well.
Pour into a buttered 2-quart shallow baking dish.
Bake in a preheated 350ºF. oven for 45 minutes and remove from the heat.
Quickly sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on the top and serve hot.
