Country Beef Pie

9″ pie shell, unbaked
3/4 c chopped onion
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T catsup
2 T flour
1 c cottage cheese
1/2 c sour cream
2 eggs slightly beaten
paprika
chopped parsley

Bake pie shell for 10 min. 350′. Cool.

Cook beef & onions about 5 min.

Stir in next 5 ingredients. Turn into pie shell.

Blend together cottage cheese, sour cream & eggs. Pour over meat.

Bake 30-40 min 350° F.

Sprinkle with paprika & parsley.
