Cranberry Maple Glazed Ham
8 ounces jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
8 pounds fully cooked boneless ham, whole
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and maple syrup. Cook mixture over medium heat until sauce is smooth, whisking frequently.
Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of ham.
Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until thermometer registers 135 to 140ºF.
Liberally baste ham with glaze during the last 45 minutes of baking time.
Makes 24 servings.
