Filipino Meat Loaf

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3 eggs
2 medium potatoes, cooked and chopped
1 sweet potato, cooked and chopped
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup catsup
Salt and pepper, to taste

Mix beef, onion, eggs, potatoes, sweet potato and cornstarch. Place in casserole; shape into loaf. Pour catsup over loaf; season with salt and pepper. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees F until done.
