Oh gosh, I would hate to see tapioca go away!! It’s good for more stuff than just pudding too!! This looks amazing and I can just imagine how wonderful that topping makes it.
I know, me too. It is so hard to find. I got Publix to order it where I used to live and it flew off the shelf. I usually got 3 bags of it each time they got it in. Then they stopped carrying it. I know it has lots of uses like for thickening pies.
I have never had tapioca before. This sure looks good and is definitely making me want to try it! I love your picture!
