Ham Bake Amsterdam

1 cup diced cooked ham
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon tarragon
2 tablespoons margarine
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups cooked noodles
1/2 cup cooked and chopped green beans
2 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 small clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Heat oven to 350ºF. Butter a 1 quart baking dish. Saute ham, onion and tarragon in 1 tablespoon margarine until ham is browned and onion is tender. Stir in soup, water, noodles and green beans. Turn into a baking dish. Lightly brown crumbs, garlic and paprika in remaining tablespoon margarine; sprinkle over top of ham mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
