Apple Bin Inn Ham Loaf
2 pounds ground ham
2 ½ pounds ground pork
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3 cups crushed cornflakes
Syrup:
1 ½ cups brown sugar
1 Tablespoon dry mustard
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
Mix ham, pork, eggs, milk and cornflakes well and form into a loaf.
Bake 2 hours at 350°.
Baste often with syrup.
