Kielbasa Potato Casserole
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 1/2 cups milk
3 cups sliced potatoes
1 ring Kielbasa sausage
Melt butter, stir in flour to make roux. Gradually, blend in milk and salt, pepper, and bouillon. Stir until thickened (consistency of gravy.)
Place sliced potatoes in a greased 9×9 casserole dish.
Pour sauce over the potatoes.
Bake for 40 minutes in a 350ºF oven.
Add sausage ring on top of the potatoes and bake for 20 minutes more.
