Meatloaf Italiano
1 egg beaten
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 (8-ounce) can pizza sauce
1/4 cup (3 ounces) parmesan cheese, shredded
3/4 cup old fashioned or quick oats, uncooked
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp dries oregano leaves, crushed
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup sauce; mix lightly.
Shape into loaf in 10×6 baking dish.
Bake at 350° F. for 1 hour.
Top with remaining sauce.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
