Orange Glazed Pork Chops
4 1/2-inch-thick pork chops
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
In a large well-oiled skillet, over medium heat, cook pork chops until they lose pink color and are lightly browned on both sides. Remove chops to a plate and combine marmalade, water and soy sauce in the pan until a sauce forms. Return chops to pan and cook until chops are heated through. Arrange pork on platter and spoon marmalade mixture on top.
Makes 4 servings.
